Carrie Hughes has cultivated a robust career in recruitment and operational development since entering the workforce, currently serving as a Recruitment Business Partner at bet365 since August 2014. In this strategic role, Carrie leads the Malta recruitment team, focusing on attracting and onboarding top talent while collaborating with a variety of hiring managers and stakeholders. Prior experiences include positions such as Executive Account Manager at Brewers (Martin Luck), Receptionist at Chestertons, and Account Administrator at S.E.T.
