James Hurdley

James Hurdley is an experienced Production Database Architect currently at bet365 since August 2013, where responsibilities include the 24/7 operation and maintenance of the Live Database Estate. Prior roles include SQL Server DBA at Veolia Shared Services UK, where support and maintenance of the UK SQL infrastructure were key responsibilities, and at RWE IT UK Ltd, managing over 200 SQL instances across development and production environments. James began his career as an IT Apprentice, gaining exposure to various IT service management disciplines. Educational qualifications include a Foundation degree in Computer Science from the University of Wolverhampton and an NVQ in IT Professionals from Dudley College.
