Jennifer W. is an experienced software development and quality professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Software Development Process and Quality at bet365 since August 2015, Jennifer has held several key leadership roles, including Contract Team Leader at bet365 and Head of Core Systems at Manheim Retail Services. Previous positions include leadership in software delivery and development at DAI, MymCart, and ASE PLC, as well as managerial roles at Surrenda-link and Spirit Data Capture. Jennifer's foundational experience began with O2 and Orange, progressing from Senior User Interface Developer to Head of Enabling Software. Academically, Jennifer holds a BSc in Genetics and Biochemistry from Aberystwyth University, an MSc in Computational Biology from the University of York, and has completed postgraduate research in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology at UCL.
