Richard Heathcote has over two decades of experience in the online gaming industry, currently serving as the Head of Sports Services for Fraud and Verification at bet365 since 2002. Throughout his tenure at bet365, Richard has held various leadership positions, including Head of Sport Services for Onboarding and Customer Verification, Head of Sports Services for Standards and Compliance, Head of Operational Development, Operations Support Manager, and Customer Service Manager. Prior to joining bet365, Richard worked as Customer Service Manager at Sportingbet from 1999 to 2002 and began his career in customer service at Sportsbook.com in 1998. Richard holds a BA in Humanities with a 2:1 from Nottingham Trent University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
