Sydney Fairchild is a Mechanical Engineer with a diverse background in product development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Product Development Engineer I at Beta Bionics, Sydney previously held the position of Early Stage Co-Founder and Technical Lead at Nexstera Tech, overseeing the company's development during the Summer Accelerator Program. Experience includes a Mechanical Design Engineering Internship at TechnipFMC, where Sydney completed significant product improvement projects, and as Test Systems Product Engineering Intern at Northrop Grumman, contributing to CAD modeling and documentation for various programs. Sydney also led a team in the Northrop Grumman Collaboration Project, focusing on innovative engineering solutions for search and rescue mechanisms.
