Scott's expertise includes providing landscape architectural design and technical support on various transportation-related projects, site development, and public infrastructure. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Scott has demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects, engage with clients, and deliver comprehensive design plans throughout a diverse career spanning over three decades.
