Yeriel Cruz

Yeriel Cruz, EIT, is an Engineering Designer at BETA Group, Inc., focusing on transportation since February 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Engineer I at Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc., specializing in site design and stormwater management from May 2023 to January 2024. Yeriel also contributed as an Academic Coach at the Community College of Rhode Island, teaching algebra and calculus, and as a Teaching Assistant in math classes. A Civil Engineering Intern at Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. during the summer of 2022, Yeriel developed site layouts while complying with zoning regulations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and an Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Community College of Rhode Island.
