Tomás Bento

Tomás Bento is the People & Transformation Director at Beta-i, where they focus on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. Previously, Tomás held various roles within AIESEC, including President of the local office at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and National Support Team Manager, where they successfully led initiatives to engage youth in social issues. Tomás also served as the Director of Outgoing Exchange for AIESEC in Qatar, significantly increasing applicant numbers and closing new accounts. With experience in event management and training roles, including positions at Karma Network and Microsoft, Tomás is passionate about youth leadership and public speaking. They earned a Law degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and completed high school at the German School of Lisbon.
