David Gerstle

David Gerstle is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in flight testing, mechanical design, and image analysis. Currently a team member at Beta Technologies since October 2021, prior positions include Flight Test Engineer at Garmin, where responsibilities included drafting test plans and ensuring safety during flight tests. David has also served as Test Engineering Lead for a collaboration between the University of Colorado Boulder and Seagate Technologies, focusing on high precision device testing, and held internships that encompassed mechanical design and analysis. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
