Kristen Costello

Kristen Costello has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and aviation safety, currently serving in a regulatory affairs role at BETA TECHNOLOGIES since February 2024. Prior to this, Kristen held various leadership positions at DroneUp from April 2021 to February 2024, including Vice President of Safety & Compliance and Senior Director of Flight Compliance. Kristen’s background also includes operations management at International Jet Charter, contract piloting, and flight instruction, with prior experience at FlightSafety International and Kansas State University. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Kansas State University and a certificate in Issues in National Security from the U.S. Naval War College.
