Matt Riley

Matt Riley is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Team Member at BETA TECHNOLOGIES since February 2023, Matt previously held advisory and executive positions at organizations like Centerboard Advisors and Foresight Mental Health, where focus was placed on improving access to quality mental health care. Matt's extensive experience in people operations and HR leadership includes roles as Vice President at Marathon Health and National Life Group, as well as Director of Human Resources at Northern Power Systems. The HR career began at Bruegger's Bagels, overseeing HR functions for a large workforce. Matt Riley holds a BA in English from Le Moyne College.
