Luke Janssen has a strong and diverse work experience. Luke is currently a General Partner at Mangosteen Venture Studio, where they focus on founding and growing purpose-driven regenerative businesses. Luke is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of Dungbeetle, a role they took on in 2022. Additionally, they are a Co-Founder of BetaCarbon and Bambu - Robo For Everyone, starting in 2021 and 2017 respectively. Luke has also served as a Non-Executive Director at CONQA since 2021. Luke co-founded Hatch Bali in 2018 and served as a Co-Founder of Lucy | #unstoppablewomen from 2020 to 2023 before its closure. In the past, Luke worked with Via as part of their South East Asian Strategy team from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they founded Tigerspike in 2003 and served as the Founder, Chairman, and CEO until 2017. Luke started their career at KPMG Australia as a Manager in 2001, where they ultimately left to focus on Tigerspike.

Luke Janssen began their education at Muscat English Speaking School in Oman from 1980 to 1985. Luke then attended King George 5th School HK from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued their GCSE. After that, they enrolled at UWC South East Asia from 1990 to 1994, completing their International Baccalaureate in Mathematics, Physics, Business Studies, Malay, English, and Chemistry. Following this, Luke attended King's College London from 1994 to 1997, earning a BSc in Computer Science with Management. Finally, they pursued further education at ICAEW from 1998 to 2001, obtaining the degree of Chartered Accountant in Accounting.
