Lucas Hodges

Lucas Hodges has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lucas is currently employed as the VP of Finance Systems and Reporting at Betacom since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Supreme Lending as the Director of Release Management and DevOps from January 2022 to August 2022.

From 2017 to 2021, Lucas held the role of Director of Financial Business Systems at T-Mobile, where they built a team responsible for project delivery and support across multiple finance business teams. Lucas provided business analysis expertise and led the team in delivering over 100 merger/integration projects and 30 conversion/migration projects related to T-Mobile's acquisition of Sprint.

Before T-Mobile, Lucas worked at MetroPCS in various roles. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Director of IT Infrastructure Services, responsible for server administration, network administration, and desktop support. Lucas also served as the Director of Billing and OSS Systems from 2010 to 2011, managing the Amdocs Billing & OSS vendor relationship and ensuring system enhancements did not impact production operations. Prior to these roles, Lucas was the Manager of Operational Support Systems from 2004 to 2010, where they managed the support of a wireless customer billing system and provided requirements for system enhancements.

Earlier in their career, Lucas worked at Allegiance Telecom as the Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting from 2000 to 2004. In this role, they managed the revenue accounting team and performed analysis of monthly revenue results.

Lucas began their career at PrimeCo Personal Communications in 1997 as a Revenue Analyst and advanced to Senior Financial Analyst. Lucas was responsible for analyzing and reporting revenue drivers and reconciling billing system financial reporting.
