Fedja Mihajlovic

Fedja Mihajlovic has worked as a Project Support Specialist at BETAH Associates, Inc. since February 2023. In this role, they support the completion of peer review projects and related tasks, including assigning tasks to peer reviewers, monitoring schedules and milestones, and coordinating meetings. Fedja also conducts database searches, performs screening, and supports audit tasks and process improvement initiatives.

Prior to this, Fedja worked as a Grants Administrator at The Integrity Group since November 2020. Here, they assisted in various compliance assurance, emergency management, and grant administration projects, particularly related to the CARES Act Section 5001 Grants.

From November 2019 to July 2020, Fedja served as an Assessments Coordinator at Proud Moments. Fedja maintained ABA therapy documents for clients, ensured assessments were conducted on time and met insurance standards, and supported the company's technological transition and acquisitions.

Before joining Proud Moments, Fedja worked at the Agency for Health Care Administration from September 2011 to September 2019 as a Training Specialist II. Fedja ran a training program for a large agency, provided technical support for online course development, and maintained training records for all employees.

Fedja Mihajlovic completed their high school education at Pine View School for the Gifted from 2007 to 2011. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology at Florida State University, graduating in 2015.
