Joanna Case, MS, DES, CMP has been in the events and project management field since 2004. Joanna began their career as a Lead Server and Banquet Captain at Chez Pierre in 2004. Joanna then worked as a Paralegal/Research Clerk at Greenberg Traurig, PA in the same year. In 2007, they worked as a Conference Coordinator and Program Specialist at The International Women's Forum, and as a Senior Meeting Planner at Pal-Tech, Inc. In 2014, they joined Serco as a Manager, Corporate Communications and Events, where they produced and executed corporate sponsored engagement events, handled advance and on-site logistical arrangements for corporate leadership conferences and board meetings, conducted post event analysis, and led corporate philanthropy efforts. In 2016, they began working at BETAH Associates, Inc. as a Project Manager, Meetings/Events, and at Performance Excellence Partners, LLC as a Project Management and Events, where they planned and convened conferences, meetings and events at government properties, hotels, and other conference venues, developed the registration site and managed registration, identified audio visual needs and confirmed orders with vendors, and managed meeting room-set up according to speaker needs and session goals.
Joanna Case obtained their MS in International Affairs from Florida State University in 2006, following their BS in International Affairs from the same university, which they completed in 2004. In 2020, they were certified as a Digital Event Strategist from the PCMA.
