Michelle Graham, MBA has worked in a variety of roles in the corporate and communications sectors since 1998. Michelle began their career at ICF as a Principal and Senior Account Director/Technical Director, where they led multi-media marketing and communications research projects and tobacco counter-marketing, communication and education campaigns. In 2015, they became Principal at A-G Associates, providing direction and strategy for SAMHSA's Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) Check Yourself initiative targeting Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs). In 2014, Michelle founded Graham Strategic Solutions, LLC, where they worked as a Communications & Marketing Strategist, providing clients with program management needs and helping them overcome communications challenges. In 2018, Michelle became Vice President, Contract Management & Quality Assurance at Penngood, providing corporate leadership and guidance for complex, large- and small-scale projects. Currently, Michelle is Vice President Client Experience and Program Manager at BETAH Associates, Inc., and Founder & Lead Strategist at Graham Strategies, LLC.

Michelle Graham, MBA has an education history that spans over three decades. Michelle obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Trinity Washington University in 2010, with a focus in Leadership and Marketing Communications. Prior to this, they earned their Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland Global Campus in 2002, with a focus in Health Systems Management and Biochemistry. Michelle also attended James Madison University from 1984 to 1988, majoring in Biology, General. In addition, Michelle has obtained two certifications: Design Thinking: Customer Experience from LinkedIn in November 2022, and COVID-19 Contact Tracing from Coursera Course Certificates in June 2020.
