Josh Porter is an accomplished Director and Co-Founder of BetaJester, a development house start-up specializing in Virtual Reality experiences, games, and app development, operating within an Agile framework to ensure client satisfaction. Previous experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at The University of Hull, where responsibilities involved implementing a commercial business structure and overseeing production pipelines for major projects. Prior roles include a Software Developer at SEED Software, focusing on mission-critical software for fire brigades, and sales positions at Iceland Ltd and Solutions Inc, where essential customer service and communication skills were developed. Josh Porter holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science with a focus on Games Development from the University of Hull.
