Theodoros Michaleas

Theodoros Michaleas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Theodoros is currently the Director of Retail Operations at Betano, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at OPAP, where they held several roles including Regional Sales Manager and Retail Excellence Supervisor from 2015 to 2021. Theodoros also worked as a Spare Parts Area Manager at Hyundai Hellas from 2013 to 2015, and as a Gas Station Manager-Operator at Aegean Oil SA from 2011 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they were a Zone Manager at SFAKIANAKIS GROUP, an Area Sales Manager at AVIN OIL, and held positions as Duty Free and Cigars Supervisor and Area Sales Manager at Karelia Tobacco Company, Inc. These experiences have equipped him with a diverse skill set in sales, retail operations, and management.

Theodoros Michaleas attended London Metropolitan University from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Business Decision Analysis with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. After a significant gap, they resumed their education in 2017 and graduated in 2018 from the University of East London. During this time, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree, specializing in Business Psychology.
