Peter Smith

Peter Smith is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at BetaNXT since February 2023, Peter previously held the same title at JOFF Fintech Acquisition Corp. until February 2023, and at Paysafe from September 2018 to October 2020. Prior to that, Peter was CFO at Evertec from September 2015 to September 2018, and Corporate SVP & Chief Accounting Officer at FIS from October 2009 to May 2015, where also served as SVP Controller in the Payment Solutions Group. Additional experience includes serving as Segment CFO at Metavante and WW Sales Controller at Openwave Systems. Peter is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, having studied from 1986 to 1989.
