Hugh Stevens

Hugh Stevens is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Director at Betashares and Chief Executive Officer of i-Select, Stevens also holds significant positions as Deputy Chair of the Government Superannuation Fund Authority and Chair of FundRock NZ Ltd at Apex Group Ltd. Previously, Stevens was Heads of Funds Management at NZX Limited and CEO of Smartshares Limited, along with roles at Adminis Limited and Implemented Investment Solutions Limited. With an extensive career that began at BNP Paribas, where Stevens served as Head of Private Equity & Real Estate Fund Services, a strong educational foundation includes an MBA from London Business School and engineering and geology degrees from the University of Canterbury and Victoria University of Wellington, respectively.
