Kate Ward

Kate Ward has a diverse work experience in the media and publishing industry. Kate is currently working as the Chief Content Officer at Betches Media since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the CEO & Co-Founder of The Dipp starting from January 2020. In 2010, they worked as a Digital Content Consultant & Advisor for Digital Media & Publishing.

From 2013 to 2019, Kate held a significant role as the Founding Editor-in-Chief / Global Head of Content Strategy at Bustle Digital Group. In 2012, they were the Executive Editor at Hollywood.com, where they managed a team of editors and writers and led the company's rebranding and relaunching efforts.

Before that, from 2010 to 2012, Kate worked as an Assistant News Director at EW.com at Entertainment Weekly, overseeing a team of writers and editors and managing site content. Kate also organized major event coverage, such as Comic-Con.

Earlier in their career, Kate served as a Correspondent and Editorial Assistant at Entertainment Weekly, reporting, writing features, and managing various stories.
