Sophie Penent

Sophie Penent is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Group Accounting & Tax Director at Betclic Group since December 2023 and as a mentor at Linksider since January 2023, where mentoring is focused on community support and goal achievement. Sophie has extensive experience in corporate finance, having held various senior roles at ON Semiconductor from September 2000 to October 2022, including VP of Corporate Internal Audit and EMEA Corporate Controller. Prior to this, Sophie worked as a Senior Audit Manager at PwC from September 1990 to August 2000. Academically, Sophie holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from TBS Education and is a licensed CPA from the Conseil de l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables.
