Brett Hanus

Brett Hanus has extensive experience in various roles within the manufacturing and operations field. Brett started their career as a Financial Analyst at Eaton from 1992 to 1993 before moving up to become a Corporate Accountant from 1994 to 1998. During this time, they were responsible for managing corporate ledgers and ensuring the integrity of U.S. financials. Brett then served as a Plant Controller from 1998 to 2000, overseeing all accounting and IT activities. From 2000 to 2005, Hanus worked as a Finishing Operations Manager at Eaton, where they managed paint and assembly operations and implemented continuous improvement initiatives.

In 2005, Hanus joined the Betco Corporation as a Logistics Manager, overseeing all warehousing and distribution activities in a facility. Brett then became the Operations Manager/Director of Operations from 2006 to 2013, where they were responsible for directing chemical blending and packaging operations, equipment assembly division, and operations of a subsidiary operation. Currently, they serve as the Manufacturing Project Director at Betco Corporation since 2013, leading the Global Harmonized Systems initiative to convert over 2,000 SKUs to GHS compliant labeling.

Brett Hanus obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, General from The University of Toledo, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in General Studies from Bowling Green State University, completing their studies from 1993 to 1998.
