Drew Spencer

Drew Spencer has been working as a QA Engineer at BetDEX since October 2021. Prior to this, they spent over six years at FanDuel as a Senior Software Engineer. Drew has also worked as a Senior Tester at Pole to Win Europe for just over five years, where they were responsible for functionality and localisation testing on various platforms, writing and executing test plans, writing and implementing regression test scripts, and taking part in planning poker to estimate story size. In addition, they also led the team in the absence of the team lead, broke down stories/tasks and tracked them through project management tools, performed content fixes, and wrote up detailed defect reports.

Spencer began their career as an intern at The List Magazine in August 2008 before becoming a full-time employee the following month.

Drew Spencer studies Literary Studies at the University of Glasgow.
