Kevin K. serves as Vice President & General Counsel at D3 since May 2024, focusing on bridging web3 and DNS. Concurrently, Kevin holds the position of Head of Legal and Compliance at BetDEX Labs Inc. since June 2022, overseeing the legal framework for a licensed decentralized sports betting platform. Previous roles include Director and Managing Counsel for Privacy at Twilio Inc., where Kevin led global privacy operations, and extensive legal positions at GoDaddy, ICANN, and Intel Corporation, specializing in privacy, intellectual property, and commercial transactions. Kevin also has experience as an Independent Privacy Consultant and is a member of TechGC, a community for General Counsels in tech companies. Kevin earned a Doctor of Law degree from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
