Varun Sudhakar

Varun Sudhakar is the CEO and Co-Founder of BetDEX. Prior to BetDEX, Varun served as the VP of Finance & Strategy at Hive from August 2019 to October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for strategy and corporate development. Prior to Hive, Varun was the VP of Finance at Simplifeye from July 2018 to April 2019, where they were responsible for global TMT. From September 2015 to July 2018, Varun served as Senior Manager at FanDuel, where they were responsible for strategy and corporate development and head of FP&A. Prior to FanDuel, Varun worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank from April 2014 to August 2015, where they worked on the Global TMT team. From July 2013 to April 2014, Varun worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James Financial Inc., where they worked on the Technology Services team. Finally, from May 2012 to August 2012, Varun worked as a Summer Forex Analyst at Microsoft, where they constructed a global trade linkage tool to identify net export trends and designed a cash flow forecasting model to predict inflows and outflows of $40B of non-USD currency within the company.

Varun Sudhakar has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in World Politics from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts.
