Matthew Hunter

Matthew Hunter is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Design Engineer at BETE Fog Nozzle, Inc. since May 2021, Matthew previously held positions as Product Design Engineer II at Judd Wire, Inc., and Manufacturing Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. Responsibilities included designing wire products to meet industry standards, supporting new product development, and overseeing band saw blade innovations. Earlier roles included engineering positions at Newell Rubbermaid, teaching assistantships at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and internships in electrical and mechanical maintenance. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both earned with Cum Laude honors from the University of Massachusetts.
