Natalia Zakharova

Natalia Zakharova serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Betera since September 2021, where responsibilities include full-cycle talent acquisition, conducting screenings and interviews, assessing candidates' soft skills, and maintaining a candidate database. Notably, Natalia has successfully recruited a wide range of specialties in the iGaming sector, including roles such as JavaScript Developer, Python Developer, and Technical Writer, among others. Prior to this position, Natalia gained experience as a Trainee IT Recruiter at Mbicycle and worked as a self-employed Speech Therapist from November 2012 to July 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy from Belarusian State Pedagogical University and additional training from various institutions in business technologies and IT.
