Kaitlin McCarthy

Kaitlin McCarthy is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham since January 2022. In addition, Kaitlin owns and leads Boston CPR Partners, providing American Heart Association-aligned courses in Basic Life Support and Heartsaver. As a Registered Nurse and Newborn Care Specialist at Boston Baby Nurse & Nanny, Kaitlin supports families with newborn care and sleep training. Earlier experience includes working as an Emergency Medical Technician at Norwood Hospital, attaining a bachelor's in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and completing an Associate's degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing from Labouré College of Healthcare and Capella University respectively. Kaitlin has also earned a Master’s of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Administration from Capella University.
