Kimberly Ross

Kimberly Ross currently serves as the Philanthropy Processes and Projects Director at Beth Israel Lahey Health, a role held since November 2020, alongside their position as Associate Director, Philanthropy Vendor Systems and Compliance. In addition, Kimberly has been the Development Operations Manager at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham since November 2017, where responsibilities include insourcing operations that were previously managed by the parent organization. Kimberly's experience includes significant roles at BIDMC, where from 2011 to November 2017, responsibility involved coordinating high-level projects for the legal department and providing executive office administration for the Office of the General Counsel. Prior positions include Paralegal and Executive Assistant roles within the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and experience in the Barbara Lee Political Office and Foundation. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science focusing on Law and Legal Issues from Northeastern University.
