Ernest Gomez is currently the Director of Surgical Education for Technology and External Programming at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Prior to this, Ernest worked as an Attending Surgeon at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System. Ernest also has experience in Information Technology advising and management, as well as serving as the Executive Director of Chapter Operations at The Triple Helix, Inc. Ernest holds a MD/MTR degree in Medicine and Translational Research from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, as well as B.S. degrees in Engineering (Bioengineering) and Economics (Health Care Management and Policy) from the University of Pennsylvania.
