Louis J. Kang

Louis J. Kang is an experienced professional currently serving as a Member of the Leadership Board at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center since October 2022. As a Partner at ACCELR8, a VC fund focused on climate change mitigation, and Co-Founder of March Therapeutics, Inc., which develops novel genetic medicines, Louis has demonstrated a commitment to impactful ventures. Additionally, Louis acts as an Advisor for Woori Venture Partners US, the VC arm of a major South Korean bank. With a diverse background in various projects addressing global challenges and previous experience as an Associate & Ambassador at The Thiel Foundation, Louis combines extensive expertise in applied physics, electrical engineering, and materials science, obtained through a Ph.D. from Harvard University and a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley.
