Ria Roberts, M.D. is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in geriatric medicine and medical education. Currently serving as the Director of Belonging and Engagement in Graduate Medical Education at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center since August 2021, Ria Roberts emphasizes fostering an inclusive learning environment for trainees. Additional roles include serving as a Lecturer and Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School, as well as holding leadership positions focused on diversity, inclusion, and advocacy within BIDMC’s Graduate Medical Education program.
