Tasnim Ahmed

Tasnim Ahmed is a Resident Doctor at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center since June 2023, bringing a diverse background in global health and education. Previously, Tasnim served as a Global Health Media Fellow and Teaching Assistant in the Practice of Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine from August 2021 to June 2022. A Health Fellow at CNN from January 2022 to April 2022, Tasnim also contributed as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Neurobiology and a researcher in The Wall Lab at Stanford University School of Medicine from 2019 to May 2020. Additionally, Tasnim was a Harvard Teaching Fellow at Stowe School from August 2017 to June 2018 and held the position of Course Assistant in the Department of Chemistry at Harvard University for a brief period in 2016. Tasnim earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Stanford University School of Medicine in June 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from Harvard University, completed in May 2017.
