Simon Lee

Simon Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Simon is currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at Westwinds communities. Prior to this, Simon worked as the Director of Finance at Bethany Care Society. Simon also held the position of Operating Budget Officer at the City of Calgary for a significant period, where they managed the city's operating budget and provided financial analysis and reports to support decision-making. Simon has also worked as the Manager of Finance and Supply at Calgary Housing Company and as the Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Finance at Silvera for Seniors. Earlier in their career, they served as the Assistant Controller at Ivanhoé Cambridge and as a Finance Coordinator at Calgary Housing Company. Simon started their professional journey as an Auditor at the Office of the Auditor General of Alberta.

Simon Lee has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Calgary. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of Chartered Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).
