Nicole Solano

Nicole Solano has extensive work experience in various organizations. Nicole currently serves as the Director of Donor Analytics at Bethany Christian Services. In their previous role as the Senior Manager of Data and Analytics at Operation Smile, they were responsible for overseeing the administration of the donor database and managing a team of experts. Prior to that, they worked as a Child Support Specialist at SLI Government Solutions, where they focused on analyzing service delivery systems and improving Child Support Enforcement services. Nicole began their career as a Case Worker at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Families and Children, where they provided case management, conducted assessments, and represented the state in judicial proceedings. Additionally, they served as the Membership Coordinator at the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston, where they managed member services and supervised gift entry staff.

Nicole Solano, bCRE, obtained a dual degree from Regis College from 2000 to 2004. Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Social Work, specializing in Macro Practice Social Work. In addition, Nicole has acquired certifications in Change Management from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and Raiser's Edge Certification (bCRE) from Blackbaud.
