Laura Moreno

Laura Moreno has served as the Dean of Athletics at Bethany College since August 2013, overseeing a department that includes 20 sports and is a member of the NAIA and Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference. Moreno has held multiple roles within the athletic department, including Interim Athletic Director in March 2019, Head Softball Coach since July 2015, and Assistant Athletic Director since September 2017. Previously, Moreno worked as an Athletic Communications Specialist and Administrative Assistant at Brown Mackie College from May 2010 to August 2013 and as Head College Softball Coach at Lindsborg News-Record from 2007 to 2012. In terms of education, Moreno holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management from Bethany College and an Associate of Arts degree from Lamar Community College.
