Bruce Dittemore

Bruce Dittemore has extensive experience in human resources, with roles in various organizations. Bruce was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bethany of the Northwest, where they managed a 500-person workforce and implemented new HR systems and best practices. Bruce also served as an Advisor at AdvisoryCloud. Prior to that, Bruce was the Director of Human Resources at Cray Inc., where they led global HR initiatives and managed a 24-person HR operation. In their role at Intermec Technologies, they served as an Employment Manager and HR Business Partner, overseeing talent management and improving practices for a global workforce of 2,500.

Bruce Dittemore attended Oklahoma Christian University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology. Bruce later studied at Abilene Christian University, focusing on Counseling/Pre-Clinical Psychology and earned a Master of Science (ABT) degree.
