Sarah Holman, MS, RDN, LRD, currently serves as a Clinical Dietitian and Dining Services Supervisor at Bethany Retirement Living, where responsibilities include supervising production personnel and optimizing processes to enhance budget efficiency. With experience as a Dietetic Intern at UND Nutrition & Dietetics, Sarah has demonstrated mastery in various areas such as Medical Nutrition Therapy and Community Nutrition. Additionally, Sarah has contributed to health education as a Culinary Corner Instructor at the University of North Dakota and has previous experience in customer service roles at FedEx Ground and Hornbacher’s Foods. Sarah holds a Master's degree in Dietetics from the University of North Dakota, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
