Christian Ostrom has a diverse work experience in various industries. Christian started their career as an Operations Manager at MiiR in 2015, where they managed the day-to-day operations and opened their flagship retail space in Seattle. Christian was responsible for tasks such as scheduling, payroll, training, hiring, and ordering. During their time at MiiR, they also obtained certifications as a Barista and Cicerone Certified Beer Server.
In 2016, Christian joined Bethel Music as the Head of Retail and Merchandise. In this role, they were accountable for merchandise design and development, as well as coordinating product merchandising across various categories such as apparel, accessories, physical media, and gifts. Christian implemented merchandise assortment plans on an annual, seasonal, and event basis. Additionally, they managed and maintained information related to product categories.
Christian then transitioned to Sid Mashburn and Ann Mashburn in 2018, where they worked as an Operations Manager. Christian held this position until 2020, overseeing the operational aspects of the company.
