Jordan Ford

Jordan Ford is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and industrial design. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of HR at Bethel School District since May 2022, previous roles include Organizational Development & Human Resources Manager at Washington Rock Quarries, Inc. from March 2018 to April 2022, and various design positions at ALPLA, Tupperware Brands, and Backcountry.com, where Jordan focused on product design and collaboration with engineering and marketing teams. Jordan holds a Master's Degree in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Brigham Young University, complemented by an Associate's degree in General Studies with an emphasis in Graphic Design and CAD Design from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
