Kristin R.

Kristin R. currently serves as the Assistant Director of Early Learning at Bethel School District since 2019, having previously held the role of Early Learning Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as a Principal Intern at Steilacoom Historical School District No.1 from June 2018 to July 2019 and as a Property Manager from August 2009 to November 2017, where responsibilities included finance and communication management with various stakeholders. Kristin began a career in education at Fairfax County Public Schools from 2005 to 2007 as a First-Grade Inclusion Teacher, focusing on diverse student populations and IEP goal facilitation. Kristin also worked for DoDEA from 1997 to 2002 as a Team Leader and Elementary Teacher. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate School Administrator Certification with a Principal endorsement in Educational Leadership from Saint Martin's University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration with an emphasis on Early Childhood from Northern Arizona University.
