Paul Marquardt

Paul Marquardt is an experienced educational leader with a robust background in school administration. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations for Bethel School District since July 2014, Paul has also held the position of Principal during this tenure. Previously, Paul spent nearly two decades at Federal Way School District, where the role of Elementary Principal was undertaken from July 2004 to January 2023, focusing on instructional leadership. Paul holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Central Washington University.
