Mickyla Constance

Mickyla Constance has a diverse work experience background with expertise in event management, marketing, and sales. From 2003 to 2005, Mickyla worked as the Director of Marketing and Sales at Brio print, now BRIO books. In 2004, Mickyla joined MXR Media and Productions as the Managing Director of Marketing and Events Management until 2009. Mickyla then worked as a Consultant for Marketing and Strategy Development at Mpls Live Magazine from 2011 to 2013. Mickyla joined North Memorial Health Care in 2006, first working in the Finance Division until 2011, and then as the Development Specialist until 2014. Currently, Mickyla is the Director of Distinguished Events at Be The Match operated by National Marrow Donor Program, a position held since February 2018.

Mickyla Constance completed their Business Administration, Marketing, and Spanish majors at Concordia College in 2001. Mickyla also studied International Business and Spanish at Universidad de las Américas, A.C. in the same year. More recently, they obtained a Fundraising Series Certificate from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business in 2013.
