Mark Collett is an experienced producer and project manager with a strong background in technical writing and project leadership. At Bethesda Softworks since January 2019, Mark has held roles as Producer, Associate Producer, and Technical Writer. Prior to this, Mark worked at NIC Inc. where significant achievements included optimizing Agile development processes, reducing incident resolution times, and developing new features for ServiceNow. Mark also introduced strategic initiatives for stakeholder alignment and tool management. Earlier experience includes roles at CSC and ScriptPro, where Mark focused on creating and maintaining software documentation and end-user materials. Mark holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in English from Northwest Missouri State University and the University of Oklahoma, respectively.
