Rick Summers has extensive work experience in the senior living industry. Rick began their career in 1986 at Americare Systems, Inc, where they served as the Executive Vice President of Operations from September 1986 to May 1999. Following this, they joined New Mark Care Center in 2000 as an Administrator, where they worked until May 2003. In 2004, Summers joined Bethesda Senior Living Communities, starting as the Senior Vice President of Operations. Rick held this position until January 2021 when they were promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer, which they currently hold.
Rick Summers began their education in 1980 at Missouri State University, where they studied Finance, General. Rick completed their course of study in 1983. Following this, Summers pursued further education at Webster University from 1985 to 1987, earning a Master's degree in Gerontology and Health Service Management.
