Cleon Engel

Cleon Engel serves as the Ministerial Coordinator for Church Planting at Bethlehem Baptist Church, a position held since 2008, where responsibilities include directing the church planting residency and coordinating the Treasuring Christ Together Church Planting Network. Additionally, Cleon coordinated the aFlame Campaign to fundraise for various church initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Chaplain at Prelude Homes and Services from April 2013 to December 2016 and holding the role of Vice President for Development at Northwestern College from September 1989 to December 1999, overseeing fundraising activities. Cleon Engel’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Educational Administration from the University of Northern Colorado and theological training at Great Commission School of Theology.
