Jean Gressem-Jacobs

Jean Gressem-Jacobs has extensive experience in both ministry and community support roles. Currently serving as an Associate Minister at Bethlehem Baptist Church since September 2017, as well as a Contact Center Specialist at UPMC since December 2017, Jean has demonstrated a commitment to serving others. A previous Community Health Worker for the Consumer Health Coalition, Jean provided vital community support and advocated for consumers. Jean also served as an Associate Minister and Mentor at Morning Star Baptist Church, where responsibilities included leading ministry meetings and teachings. Prior experience includes a long tenure as a Senior Financial Consultant at PNC Bank and a Customer Service Representative at AT&T. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Christian Ministry Leadership at Geneva College, Jean combines a strong background in ministry and customer service with ongoing education in religious studies.
