The Ministry Team at Bethlehem Lutheran Church is responsible for spiritual leadership and community connection. This team plans and conducts worship services, provides pastoral care and counseling, oversees youth and family ministries, and supports adult education and congregational involvement. They work collaboratively to foster an inclusive and supportive environment, encouraging members to connect with God, each other, and their broader mission in the world.
