George Cleal

George Cleal is an accomplished product professional with extensive experience in product management and innovation. Currently serving as Head of Product at Penfold since April 2023, George previously held roles including Senior Product Manager and Lead Product Manager. Additionally, George contributes as a Product Mentor at Bethnal Green Ventures, supporting startups in navigating product challenges. Previous positions include Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at Busuu, and Product Innovation Consultant at Accenture. George's career began with various roles in education and investment evaluation through internships. George holds a degree in Russian and Spanish from UCL, along with additional studies in philosophy, history, literature, and translation from the Universidad de Córdoba and Saint Petersburg State University.
